Photography Highlights
Some recent photography highlights:
* November 2011 - Came 5th out of 800 entries in the Irish Meteorological Society 2011 Photo comp this week.....v proud of the image I submitted, so am glad it went down well with the judges. It was taken last year on a cool crisp sunset on the Dublin shoreline.
* June 2011 - Five photos from the Salthill Devon National 5-a-sides were published in the Galway advertiser. See album of other images taken at the competition here.
* April 2010 - Ronan's work was awarded a Licentiateship from the Irish Photographic Federation (LIPF).
* Photo from Salthill 5-a-sides published in the Galway Advertiser. See album of other images taken at the competition here.
* The Trilogy Exhibition: Ronan Bree / Enda Scahill / Conor Ledwith (www.photogalway.com) the exhibition was presented in Galway City, ClareGalway and Clarenbridge.
* Photos published in Galway Civic Trust's "Galway City Waterways Walks" - now available free of charge from the Failte Ireland information offices.
* Several photos published in the Galway City & County Tourist Guide 2009 and again here in 2010.
* Photos used for an Irish Internship brochure for the University of Notre Dame.
* Photos used to promote a 3 week intensive series of lectures and seminars, promoted internationally to postgraduate students in the fields of Irish Studies.
* Signed contracts for two Photography books due to be published in 2010/2012.
* Was awarded the Landscape Photograph of the Year, 2008 from the Galway Camera Club for this image (available in the Galway image gallery)
